I’m sure you are planning out all your future content, but I would be interested in some more deeper detail on the financial parts of the monthly close outs, specially the budget vs actual spending. This is where I tend to fall down, taking great comfort in having a budget, but my actual spend per month doesn’t always reflect that 🙂.

I loved this advice, but there is one thing i would like to add to my workflow is to write down a weekly report measuring all the metrics and all that
